• Subscription refers to any recurring membership, coaching package, or digital access plan provided by Hybrid Warrior Training.

3. Acknowledgment
These Terms govern your use of Hybrid Warrior Training’s services, including our online coaching programs, digital courses, community interactions, and training materials.
By purchasing or accessing any of our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old. We do not permit individuals under 18 to use our services.
You agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
You understand that results vary based on effort, consistency, and individual commitment.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
4. Subscriptions
4.1 Subscription Period & Renewals
Our training programs and coaching services are available on a
subscription basis, billed in advance on a recurring cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually), depending on the plan you select.
Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription automatically renews under the same terms unless canceled before the renewal date.
4.2 Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your account settings or by emailing [email protected]
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not issue a refund for payments already made.
You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
5. Billing & Payments
5.1 Payment Information
You must provide accurate billing details, including name, address, and a valid payment method. If automatic billing fails, we will notify you to complete the payment manually.
5.2 Fee Changes
Hybrid Warrior Training reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will apply at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will receive prior notice to decide whether to continue your Subscription.
6. Refund Policy
No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any subscriptions, digital products, or training services.
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including charges for failure to cancel before renewal.
It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue.
Our “No Fighter Left Behind” Guarantee provides additional coaching support for eligible students who meet all requirements and feel they haven’t achieved progress. Refunds are only granted at our sole discretion under this guarantee.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, videos, courses, and content provided by Hybrid Warrior Training are
our exclusive intellectual property
. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content.
Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to our courses.
Use our trademarks, branding, or materials without written permission.
Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
8. Community & Code of Conduct
To maintain a positive and supportive training environment, we require all members to:
Be respectful in discussions, coaching calls, and community interactions.
Provide constructive feedback when engaging with other members.
Follow training guidelines and participate in a way that promotes progress.
Prohibited Behavior:
• Harassment, hate speech, or disrespect toward other members.
• Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.
• Spamming, self-promotion, or advertising unrelated services.
Failure to comply may result in membership suspension or removal. Without a refund.
9. Termination & Account Suspension
Hybrid Warrior Training reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account under the following conditions:
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Abuse, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior in the community.
• Failure to pay subscription fees.
Upon termination, you will lose access to all courses, coaching, and community resources.
10. Limitation of Liability
While our programs are designed to maximize your progress, we do not guarantee specific results. You acknowledge that:
• Boxing and fitness training involve risks of injury. You are responsible for exercising caution and consulting a physician before engaging in strenuous activity.
• Hybrid Warrior Training is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your participation in our programs.
• Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is lower.
11. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Service may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or actions of any external sites.
12. “AS IS” Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

• That our training programs will meet your specific expectations.
• That any technical issues will be immediately resolved.
