4. Membership and Subscription
• Memberships, including subscriptions to the Hybrid Warrior Elite School, are billed as described at the point of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refund policies for subscriptions, programs, or other Services will be provided at the time of purchase, if none is specified then no refunds are permitted.

• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided in training sessions and videos.
• Not share your account details or grant access to unauthorized users.
• Refrain from uploading or sharing harmful, unlawful, or offensive content within community spaces (e.g., WhatsApp, Community Tab).
Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Payment and Pricing
• Payments must be made through the authorized methods listed on our website or platform.
• Pricing is subject to change, and any alterations will be communicated with reasonable notice.
7. Content Usage and Intellectual Property
• All materials provided through HWT (videos, lesson plans, articles, etc.) are owned by HWT or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
8. Health and Safety Disclaimer
• HWT provides physical training programs and assumes no responsibility for injuries sustained during participation.
